Please include printed name, day and evening phone numbers, e-mail address, requested arrival and departure dates, type of room, and number in party in all written correspondence.
Reservation Policy:
- Minimum 2 nights (low season) 3 nights (high season)
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Dinners Club, and via Pay pal.
- No children under 12 years old.
- Tax is included in room rates.
- Refund will not be given for early departures.
- Check out time is 11:00 a.m./Check in is 2:00 p.m.
- Rates subject can change without notice.
- If arriving 8 p.m. a 24 hours notice is required.
- For the comfort, consideration, and safety of our guests, we do not accept arrivals past midnight.
- The price includes breakfast and all taxes.
- A 50% deposit required within 10 days when placing a reservation.
- You may cancel your reservation 21 days prior to the arrived date and only a processing fee of $25 dollars of your deposit will be charge.
- If you cancel your reservation during high season, Easter Week, Guelaguetza, Day of the Death, Christmas, New Year, we will charge 50% of the total amount of your stay plus the cancellation fee.
- The full amount should be paid directly during your stay.
- We accept US and Euro dollars, or the convert amount in Mexican pesos.
- If you pay in cash we will offer 5% discount.
- If you decide to leave Casa Maria Calenda before your scheduled departure date, there will be a charge of 50% for the unused nights. (previously reserved)
